Programme Activities Team

The Programme Activities Team focuses on the day-to-day administration of the undergraduate degree programmes and can help you with information on most aspects of your general academic progress and personal welfare, and assist you with information about individual courses.

The Senior UG Programme Officer for all Alliance MBS undergraduate programmes is Helen Derbyshire, who is located in room Alliance MBS East/D20. Helen and her team are also the Alliance MBS administrative contact for the BMaP suite of courses.

Helen is supported by the following programme administration team:

All of the above programme team support on the BSc Management / Management (specialisms), BSc International Management and BSc International Management with American Business Studies.

Student Support and Guidance Team

Staff in the Alliance MBS Student Support and Guidance Team (SSG) offer advice, guidance and support on any issues that may affect your ability to study and can also signpost you to other support services within the University. 

The SSG is based in Alliance MBS East building room D20. The office is open to students to either drop in or by appointment.  The staff of the SSG are:

Industrial Experience and International Exchange

Our undergraduate programme team support Programme Directors and the Director of Undergraduate Studies in relation to the arrangements for all students undertaking either a third year abroad (on IM and IMABS) or a full year work placement (all other programmes). Andrew Walker supports the exchange and Rashida Timol co-ordinates the industrial experience. Svetlana Gannon works alongside both and all are located in Alliance MBS East/D20. Assessment Team

The arrangements for the School's undergraduate examinations and other forms of assessment are handled by the Assessment team and their office is located in room D14 Alliance MBS East. The staff of the office include:
